SHIPPING POLICY

The cost for shipping is based upon your total order amount.

Our goal is to process all orders within 48 hours of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM EST, excluding holidays). We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped on the next business day.

You may cancel an order at any time prior to processing at our warehouse by calling toll free 347-350-9753 or sending an email at order@valderramausa.com. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped. Please refer to our Return Policy for easy returns.
